Our Reviewers on Yahoo...

A couple reviewers utilizing Yahoo have touched on a few key components of our daily operations here @ O’Keane Automotive Service, Inc., and we think they are worth detailing:
1) We do not perform repairs to a vehicle without the vehicle owner’s authorization.
2) We ask for the vehicle owner’s authorization to perform a repair only after:
a)   We explain to the vehicle owner our findings/diagnosis, and the corrective measures/ repairs/services required to eliminate the issue or issues at hand;
b)   We discuss with the vehicle owner the involved costs and time frame of performing the involved repair(s)/service(s).
3) The majority of our services and repairs carry a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first, and we often times offer warranties above and beyond that for higher quality components (when available).  These extended warranty options, when applicable, are offered when we contact the vehicle owner to bring her or him up to speed on our findings concerning the vehicle.
4) We greatly appreciate our customers, and we realize that without happy customers, our company has NOTHING.  Unfortunately, and thankfully rarely, we do find it necessary to refuse to conduct business with a person due to his or her inability to reciprocate the courtesy and respect she or he is shown and given by all of our employees.
